Linear and Notion AI track tasks; Merak runs the operating model on top — signals, KRs, guardrails, and the agent harness that closes the loop. Cursor writes code in your editor; Merak watches the signals after you ship and tells you whether what you set out to do actually happened. They live next to each other, not against each other.
